We want your Freyaa order to reach you safely and without unnecessary surprises. From order confirmation to delivery, we will keep you informed and support you throughout the process.
We currently ship to customers across the United States and Canada.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple and transparent standard shipping:

Orders under $150: $20 flat-rate shipping

Orders of $150 or more: Free standard shipping
The shipping option and final charge applicable to your order will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before any applicable taxes or additional charges.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery generally takes approximately 10–14 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order-confirmation email.
Before dispatch, our team carefully prepares and checks each item to help ensure that your order is complete and meets Freyaa’s quality standards.
You will receive a separate shipping-confirmation email once your package has been handed over to the courier.
Tracking Your Order
Your shipping-confirmation email will include a tracking number or tracking link so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Tracking information may take a short time to update after the courier receives the package.

Duties, Tariffs and Import Charges
We want your Freyaa delivery experience to be smooth and free from unexpected costs.
Wherever possible, Freyaa will arrange and pay applicable customs duties, tariffs and import charges in advance so that no additional payment is required when your order is delivered.
In rare situations, a government may introduce or change a tariff, duty or import regulation after an order has been placed or while it is already in transit. Because these changes are outside our control, the courier may occasionally request an additional payment before completing delivery.
If this happens, please:

Pay the amount requested by the courier to prevent the package from being delayed or returned

Keep the official receipt, invoice or payment confirmation

We will review the charge on a case-by-case basis. Where approved, Freyaa may issue a future purchase credit of up to $10 per order.
Any amount above the maximum $10 credit will remain the customer’s responsibility. Higher charges generally indicate a country-specific government tariff, duty or regulatory charge that Freyaa cannot predict, control or absorb.
Although these situations are uncommon, we will always review your request fairly and do our best to support you.

We will do our best to help, but delivery details may not be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because an incomplete or incorrect address was provided.
Delivery Attempts
Depending on the courier and delivery location, someone may need to be present to receive the package.
If the courier cannot complete the delivery, it may:

Attempt delivery again

Leave instructions for another delivery attempt

Hold the package at a nearby pickup location

Contact you for additional information

Return the package to the sender
Please follow the courier’s instructions promptly to prevent the package from being returned.
Delayed Orders
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, occasional delays may happen due to weather, holiday volumes, courier disruptions, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us at hello@freyaa.us with your order number.
We will contact the courier, request an update and help determine the appropriate next steps.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so that we can open an investigation with the shipping partner.
Courier investigations may take several business days. We appreciate your patience while the carrier works to locate the package.
If the courier confirms that the package was lost in transit, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.
When a package is marked as delivered, we may first ask you to:

Confirm the shipping address on your order

Check with household members or neighbours

Check with a concierge, reception desk or building office

Contact the courier for delivery details
Products Damaged During Delivery
We carefully package every order to help protect it during transit.
If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photographs of the damaged product

Photographs of the outer shipping package
-
A photograph of the shipping label
Please keep the product, original tags, packaging and shipping materials until our team has reviewed your request.
We will coordinate with the shipping partner and guide you through the next steps.
Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, left unclaimed or returned because the courier could not complete delivery, we will contact you once it is returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply if you ask us to send the order again.
Original shipping charges, return-to-sender fees, customs charges and reshipping costs are non-refundable.
Split Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages.
If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because Freyaa divided your order into multiple shipments.
Order Cancellations
We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@freyaa.us.
We will do our best to assist, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
